All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days. Please allow up to 3-6 business days for items in stock to arrive excluding Holidays and weekends. 

Please provide accurate address and contact information once you place your order.  We are not responsible for incorrect information you entered upon placing your order.

Once we send out tracking information, SaQoyah's Beauty Bar is no longer liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced items. Please contact your local post office and/or file a claim if you do not receive your item(s). We follow a strict no refund or exchange policy.
