Shipping and Handling

How do I place an order?  Ordering is easy! Just order any products at any time directly from our website at: www.saqoyahsbeautybar@com 

How soon will you ship my order?   We'll typically ship your order within 2 - 3 business days after the date it was placed, based on inventory availability for the products you are ordering.

What are my shipping options? Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail Services.

How long until I get my delivery? Domestic shipping, please allow up to 3-6 business days depending on where your package starts and where its being delivered to excluding Holidays and weekends. 

Will I get a tracking number? Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number.  You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?  You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped.  You may also visit to track your package.

Shipping Process Time:  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Where is my order getting shipped from?  Your order is being shipped from New Carrollton, Maryland 20784.

Do you ship products internationally? Yes.  However, international shipping fees may apply, and delivery delays can occasionally occur. We comply with the U.S. Postal Services guidelines for international shipping.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:  We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)

Shipping and Delivery Errors: Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact us immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely manner.

Damages and Issues:

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive you order, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Please provide accurate address and contact information once you place your order. We are not responsible for incorrect information you entered upon placing your order.

Once we send out your tracking information, SaQoyah's Beauty Bar is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please contact your local post office and/or file a claim if you do not receive your item(s). We follow a strict no refund or exchange policy.

All local pick-up orders will be verified that you are the (cardholder) who authorized payment and you are required to present both a valid photo identification card and the credit card used at the time of purchase before merchandise is released.  (NO EXCEPTION).  We are not responsible for purchases made on lost/stolen credit cards used unauthorized, please report your credit card lost/stolen immediately to your financial institution to prevent fraud.  All local pick-up orders must be picked up no later than the next business day.
